本人报名10/5 10:30庞贝2小时导览行程，8:00抵达车站被售票人员告知，能去庞贝的火车因罢工，全数停止服务，本人立即传送讯息询问Klook客服是否能因罢工因素取消行程、得以退费，Klook仅回覆无法退费及取消。 为了赶上行程，最终拦计程车前往，也同时询问客服是否能提供带团导游或接洽旅行社联络资讯，或是旅行社会手持任何标志以利辨识，Klook仅回覆负责人会准时在集合地点等候，当我抵达时集合地点，同时有多团导览团，根本无法辨识，最终没有参加到该行程。旅客在旅游平台订购行程，就是为了寻求方便以及遇到问题时，能够有对接窗口可以联络，客服人员在过程中完全没有要解决问题的意思，仅告知无法退费，感受非常差！以上体验供欲购买者参考。 I booked a 2-hour guided tour of Archaeological Areas of Pompeii at 10:30 AM on 5th.OCT. Upon arriving at the station at 8:00AM, I was informed by the ticket agent that all trains to Pompeii were canceled due to a strike. I immediately messaged Klook customer service to ask if I could cancel the tour and receive a refund due to the strike, but Klook only replied that refunds and cancellations were not possible. To join the tour on time, I took a taxi and asked customer service if they could provide the contact information for a tour guide or agency, or if the agency would have any identifying signs. Klook stated that the guide would be waiting at the meeting point on time. ( no signs and contact information) When I arrived, there were multiple tour groups. It is so difficult and impossible to identify the right tour group. Ultimately, I could not find the tour . As a traveler using a booking platform, I expect I can get some service support when issues arise. Unfortunately, Klook's customer service showed no willingness to help, only stating that refunds were not possible. This experience was very disappointing. I share this feedback for the consideration of future buyers.

等了20分钟才出发，导游口音很重，参观几个小点就解散，且未发门票给我们，导致也无法听官方的App语音导览，非常不推荐浪费时间
