【Klook客路独家】Qara Yoon教学 & 制作传统潮州馃点
Spend your afternoon learning about Teochew Kueh heritage. Founder of Yoon’s Traditional Teochew Kueh, Qara Yoon, shares about their inspiration and motivation behind the set-up of this Social Enterprise, established in late 2019 to generate revenue to support their social cause (which has a rehabilitation component to empower female ex-drug offenders). Listen to heartwarming stories of how Qara’s mother – Chef Müm Yoon (Yoon’s Executive Chef) – learnt Kueh-making during her adolescence years, and how she progressed from making Kuehs for her family to selling them on social media. Today, her sweet and savoury Kuehs are available at Yoon’s Social Kitchen for Teochew Kueh lovers to enjoy.
