- A maximum of 10 bags are allowed to drop
- Please show your voucher on arrival, drop your bags, receive the cloakroom tag, and then come back and collect it later
- Latecomers will be allowed to get the refunds
- Luggage can be stored between 08:00 and 22:00, except for Star Gifts (Charing Cross), which can be stored between 10:00 and 22:00
- One voucher per luggage (two bags require to purchase two vouchers)
- There are different drop-off locations: Covent Garden, Kings Cross, Paddington, Euston, London Bridge, and Victoria
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
