In this journey, expect to get your hands dirty by learning how to create Tong Heng’s iconic diamond-shaped egg tarts at their in-house Kitchen Facilities. The journey is complete with a taste of other traditional pastries Tong Heng offers. At the end of the session, you will go home with a box of Tong Heng Egg Tarts.

Follow Ana, the 4th Generation owner of Tong Heng, as she introduces Tong Heng’s story of how it came to be and how Fong Chee Heng built this brand in 1935. She will take you through the journey of Tong Heng throughout the years, highlighting key periods during the 1900s.
BE THE EXPERT
Attendees will get hands-on experience making Egg Tarts.
SAVOUR THE CREATIONS
Attendees will enjoy a Egg Tart 蛋撻 and a Coconut Egg Tart 椰絲雞蛋撻.
