Compared with yoga in the gym, the biggest advantage of outdoor yoga is the fresh air. In the process of yoga practice, breathing is the most important part. The space in the gym is relatively closed, and the air circulation is far less than in nature. It is fresh and the oxygen content in nature is high, people will unconsciously take a deep breath, which is beneficial to the practitioners to improve their cardiopulmonary function.
