There was never anyone at the front desk. They wanted us to take our dirty towels and go to the front desk to ask for new towels. But, no one was there every time we went there. There were other guests with their dirty towels waiting there. Ridiculous!!! They do not clean your room. They only have hand towels, not full size body bath towels. They gave us 2 water bottles for 7 days stay and no coffee or tea. We finally figured out that this place was studio apartments but had to convert to a hotel because they could sell these apartments. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. We had to go down and check all of their cabinet drawers to find new towels and toilet paper to use. Ridiculous!!!

It was a very convenient stay.

Robo self service check in 24 hours. I booked one more day prior to arrival so I was able to check in 7am arrival into my room. I had family suite. Which includes 2 bed rooms with queen size bed. A laundry machine and a kitchen with full size fridge. Everything was great include view near bus and subway. The only issue is old furnitures that broke and the staff did come and fix/replaced promptly. The included towels are tiny. And very few utensils in the kitchen. You would need to ask for fresh towels, soap bar and water daily at the 3rd floor lobby. The 1st floor has shops, convenient stores, small market, self serve coffee and noodle shops. Breakfast shops don’t typically open till 10 am. There are some restaurant also on 1st floor. There is under ground parking onsite. I would recommend this place for its room and location.

The room was ideal for our member. We needed two separate rooms and it suited our purposes. The room was in the prime spot overlooking the sea and the famous Incheon bridge. The room was quiet and very good temperature controlled. The car park was convenient. I will use this hotel again in the future.

For the price, great option.

Smooth check in. We asked the staff to call taxi for us when we checked out, the staff called taxi for us and walked us to the waiting spot. Very friendly staff.

It was clean as expected. The check in and check out process was pretty easy and smooth as the kiosk was convenient. Also, the free parking space included was great. Overall, the stay was great and comfortable.

Poor customer service

The place is nice and quiet close to everything. I love that there's 24hr convenient store on 1st floor. However, the room was so hot. Air-conditioning is not working. For all day of strolling I didn't mind to come back to incheon from seoul but to come back to warm room is not acceptable. Roo temperature Iwas 25-28C.
