This is our favorite hotel in Vietnam. We try to stay at the mid price point places and this really delivers value for the price. The staff is consistently great. We can see good hotel management at work The property is wonderfully decorated. Little details everywhere. Very pleasant Location is a block from old town Good home base for exploring the city Breakfast is very very good. A lot of choices including non-Buffett options We have stayed there three times and won’t go to Vietnam without staying there again

The staff were excellent. The rooms are a bit small for the price and darker...could use more light.

Excellent location. This hotel is in the best part of the old quarter. So near the lake and great restaurants yet not on a super busy thoroughfare. The room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the rooftop bar was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Arranging a car to and from the airport was simple. The staff was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Joli petit hôtel idéalement situé dans le vieux quartier à Hanoi. Excellent rapport-qualité prix. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et avenant. Déjeuner inclus, offrant une belle variété au buffet mais aussi avec des plats à la carte. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables mais assez petites.

The hotel is centrally located in old quarters and staff are very warm and polite. They helped me in booking of tours, finding of restaurants of my choice and providing directions for various places. Excellent place.

Had a great 4 day stay here. The breakfast was very good, the location is central, rooms are clean and spacious. What stood out the most to me however, is the staff. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of at multiple points throughout our stay here. Would recommend this hotel if you’re in Hanoi!

The breakfast was excellent, and what impressed me the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable

Our experience was amazing!!! The hotel was central located, walking distance to main attractions and city center. The staff on the hotel were spectacular very accommodating, super helpful with our early breakfast because our tour started early morning so they packed for us to go. I really recommend this hotel to anybody want to have the best time in Hanoi.

Me and the wife stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was very nice, the staff were very kind and helpful, the location was excellent and the breakfast was great. We also booked a private car through them to go to Ninh binh which was very nice, both the car and driver were great. If I come to Hanoi again I’ll stay here.
