The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was located conveniently right off the Chou line which made getting around a breeze. Only complaint was there was a window looking directly into the shower and toilet in a double room. While there was a screen to cover the window you could still see through it pretty easily. Other than that it was great!

Thank you for your kind message.
I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The location was also very convenient for getting around Osaka.
I truly appreciated the overall experience and would be happy to stay again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

The best Hotel I stayed at during my trip. All of the Staff went above and beyond to make my stay that much better. Food was also excellent. Extremely clean, very spacious 10/10. I will definitely use this hotel again.
