Reception & room service were great !

The facility is perfect, the internet at the facility was terrible for us, the staff were not helpful at all. We arrived at the hotel Saturday morning and no one helped us with our bags, we went to the counter to check in and I was thinking they would help us afterwards, they watched us carry our own bags to our room. We went out to do some shopping and when we got back we had a lot of bags, no one offered to help. The next day we went out and shopped, there was one lady the offered to help us. All our 7 nights stay, that day was the only day we got help. I was really disappointed because this was not my first time at a Novotel, I have used the Novotel at deira city center and it was amazing so amazing that my next visit, I booked the same hotel. My experience at the Novotel Suites Mall Avenue was not as I expected. I felt really disappointed especially after I had told my friend who was visiting Dubai for the first time that Novotel hotels have a good facility and very helpful staff.

Great location, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and breakfast was very good.

Wont go there even if they paid me....

We really enjoyed our stay

Horrible

Well done thank you!

Excellent staff, very clean and well presented rooms

Room was clean, staff are nice and attentive

A family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Everything was great from friendly & helpful staff, yummy breakfasts, the room and rooftop pool. Nice to be able to walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro there.
