Check in was frustrating and difficult. Had to find hosts contact number, then WhatsApp him/her, then wait 10 minutes for a response to get check-in protocol. None of this was expected. The property was ok for the price, A previous occupant had screwed up the washing machine which too a bit of sorting out (put powder detergent in the softener liquid-only softener slot). TV remote didn’t work properly, and couldn’t figure out Howe to get to the battery compartment.

Rummet är helt okej, spenderar inte så mycket tid ändå. Men takpoolen & resten av huset var otroligt! Vilken utsikt! Vi bodde på vån 13. Bra o stort rum. Nice känsla o ha utrymme! Kunde varit lite renare golv bara

Amazing pool. Great building. Horrible communication.
After the third day of our stay (the night before we left), we received from host the card to go to the pool. The whole point of staying here was the pool; but the host kept ignoring my messages or giving different excuses.

Poor service when comes to price to expectations. Paid almost rm505 . Expect at least a counter service. Took 1hr for the call agent before getting my keys. For this link of price its is worse than a 3 star hotel. There is no shower gel or even shampoo. Room is big but lack the basic needs that is expected from even a 3 star hotel. Avoid
