The staff are definitely the standout for us, nothing was too much for them as they ensured we had the best stay possible. We stayed there as part of our wedding anniversary trip and they went out of their way to make it such a memorable and special celebration. A shout out to Phong/Gucci, Sammy and Antony who went the extra mile to look after me and my husband.
The room and excursions are great as well and the food was delicious. My husband is not great with seafood and they made sure to cater for it. Can't fault the whole experience.

Staff engagement was great along with the activities that are included. However, my wife ended up getting food poisoning which was pretty bad (probably from one of the salads), it ruined our ability to enjoy the last half of the cruise and our trip in Vietnam. The staff did their best to try and comfort us but it was just an unfortunate outcome with no type of compensation for it.

This cruise was exceptional. You will not be disappointed if you book this as your Halong Bay cruise. The food selection , staff, room, tours were all top notch 5 stars ! I would definitely book this again.

Incredible from start to finish, the boat is exactly as in the photos, the food is incredible, the excursions were fun and all the staff are amazing, will be coming back for sure.
