一般 Stay elsewhere. The staff is unhelpful and the amenities leave quite a bit to be desired. Avoid.

Our favorite part of the hotel was the lobby offerings of teas, bath salts, face masks and other self-care items available in the evenings. Our favorite part of the room was the bathtub. We enjoyed taking a bath 5 of the 7 nights we were there. We also enjoyed using the face masks 4-5 nights that we were there. Thank you.

Hotel and breakfast are amazing. Only downfall is the room size. The rooms could be a bit larger.

Room and hotel are new and immaculately clean. Very comfortable and nice breakfast buffet selection. As expected for Tokyo, rooms are small. Staff very good! Bus stop right outside hotel door.

My family(3) stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous and true to Japanese tradition. We asked the front desk to call 2 cabs for us because of the amount of luggage we were taking back home. I think I was speaking to the manager when I made this request, he told me the taxi should arrive in 10 minutes(which they did) the manager wheeled out the luggage cart to the taxi, spoke to the cab drivers in Japanese where we needed to go and bowed as we departed. Wow that felt special. We stayed in the connected 2 bedroom- lots of space and 2 of everything(4 beds, 2 toilets & shower/tubs and 2 sinks). Location to Kachidoki Station subway about 8 minutes away. Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson's and Tobu Store(grocery) no more than 5 minutes away. Ice & laundry machine on 3rd floor also gym. Breakfast buffet good but needs variety after the 2nd & 3rd day. Bakery on the 1st floor. Location from Haneda airport around 30 minutes away. We did notice lots of families at breakfast. In conclusion we would definitely stay @ Premier Hotel-Cabin President Tokyo again.
