We absolutely loved our stay! The loft apartment was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. The floor-to-ceiling window with the city view was stunning, and we loved the layout with the living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The location was perfect—Grandview Mall was right downstairs, with another large mall just across the street, plus many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were always warm, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Guangzhou and would happily recommend it to others.

Good place to stay near all the shopping and center of Tianhe, walkable to all what is needed

Very bad experience never found thr Doria apaetment no one speaks English it a hell of place.

This is a terrible property that should be avoided! the room may look nice on photo but 1) the overall condition is very poor; 2) dirty and 3) hot water system is not suitable that is not suitable for more than one person to use shower.. until you can spend hours to wait the system to boil the hot water again; 4) this is a commercial building you have all sorts of people to use lifts and hang out on the floor.

During our stay, we found a lot of live cockroaches(>10 at least), especially in the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was not good. The front desk clerk also responded that this was "normal", which was really puzzling.

地点在市中心，公寓附近就有好多广场。房间舒适又宽敞，下一次一定再来住

The staff was very helpful. Good experience.

I was amazed at how convenient this location is. It's literally at the center of everything. The building itself is above this huge mall and on top of like 3 metro stations. The loft apartment has everything my family needs. I travel with kids so it's quite nice to have that much space and able to do our laundry. It is very price worthy in my opinion. Would recommend to others if they were here for family travel.

it's not good place
