We stayed for 2 days and 1 night in March 2026 and had a truly memorable experience. The cruise felt refined, well-organised and very comfortable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. The cabin was elegant and spacious, the food was very good, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The crew made everything feel smooth and effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the scenery. A premium and well-executed way to experience Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended.

Amazing luxurious cruise with plenty of activities and super nice crew.

Was a wonderful cruise, large clean rooms, plenty of activities. Spotty WiFi due to being in the middle of a bay but other than that we had an amazing time with breath taking views

Luxury 1 night cruise, everything was amazing from the beautiful rooms, pool and food. We were treated like royalty.

What a beautiful way to experience Halong Bay. The boat exceeded our expectations. Everything was catered for from the spa to the tours. Our only critisim was the coffee options at breakfast. For a high end experience coffee was very basic and almost undrinkable.

If you’re in the area then this cruise is a must. Rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. The view of Ha Long bay from the room is simply stunning. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Food is excellent, excursions are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. Only one downside : February and March weather in Ha long kind of foggy with drizzle. Summer weather would be best for pictures Louis Montreal, Quebec , Canada

The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every detail considered. It felt luxurious yet comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy the journey. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly kind, gracious, and attentive. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the entire trip and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. This was our first cruise experience, and it could not have been better. Grand Pioneer has set the bar incredibly high - we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend.
