Sweetest staff ever!

Travel with my extended family. We booked 2 adjacent rooms for 2 nights. Property is top notch - clean, well-kept, many amenities. Pool and surrounding settings are gorgeous. Breakfast is yummy with many varieties. The staff is AMAZING, especially Aom, Pew, Lego, and Nie. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

Loved our stay here the staff was very friendly and helpful

The resort was amazing and tucked away from the busy streets, yet only about 10 minutes from the airport. The villas were beautiful, offering a calm, quiet, and serene atmosphere, each with its own private pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were modern, stylish, and very comfortable especially the bed and pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. The only downside was that most of the attractions I wanted to visit were about an hour away, so I had to rely on Grab taxis. Fortunately, they were very convenient and usually arrived within three minutes. There's also a beach nearby, but since it was the rainy season, I didn't get a chance to visit it. The resort has its own restaurant, but I mostly ordered food through GrabFood. There was an incredible variety of choices, and my meals were typically delivered in under 30 minutes. I stayed 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it. The TV has all the channels in english you need and access to Netflix and youtube Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience, and I'd definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the phuket suburbs

The staff were extremely kind and helpful

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the floating breakfast is amazing. The flies are irritating in the lobby. Staff was extravagant. Rooms were amazing and very clean

I recently stayed at Sugar Marina Resort - Lagoon - Villas, Naiyang Beach and overall I had a really great experience.From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. An employee immediately helped bring my luggage into the reception area, and check-in was smooth and easy. I was also offered a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch after traveling.The lobby itself was very clean, aesthetic, and relaxing. Once I got to the room, I was honestly impressed — it was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The hotel overall had a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated that it never felt overcrowded or noisy.One thing that made the stay even more special was that I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday for me, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. A special thank you to Aom, Pin, Reena, and Nie for their kindness and hospitality throughout my stay.The hotel restaurant was also very good, and the restaurant staff were always kind, patient, and welcoming throughout my stay. It really added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the property itself was very well maintained. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a full-length mirror in the rooms, as there was only a mirror in the bathroom. It’s breathtaking so beautiful and calming nice restaurant on site.

For our overnight in Phuket, we wanted somewhere close to the airport and this hotel worked perfectly. We caught the free shuttle down to Nai Yang Beach which was worth doing and it was easy to grab a cheap tuk tuk back. The small gym was good and the grounds were quite nice. A few tiny things could be improved: there was only half a loo roll in the room so we ran out, just two teabags provided, and at breakfast they ran out of saucers. Overall though, a really handy and convenient stay for a quick stopover. It was great value for money and we’d stay there again.
