Beautiful and comfy. Everyone was so kind

The hotel was in the heart of the city therefore quick access to everything. It had a quaint atmosphere that was appealing.

Good location, clean and good breakfast. Didn’t love our window that looked into the elevator shaft.

Everything seemed run down, lots of where and tear. The staff were really helpful but overall we were disappointed.

Good location, rooms a bit outdated but location is close to most things, doesn’t reflect 4 star

nice

The breakfast was tasty (get an omelet made for you) and the rooms were quiet and dark. Well, dark except for some LEDs which I wish they would cover, but overall it was great

Staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Family room for 3 was a little small, with little space for 2 big luggage. Room was clean and bed comfortable. I did not like the water pressure of my room - too low. Soundproofing was poor, you cna hear every opening of doors and convos outside the room. Breakfast was a small spread but sufficient for a hearty meal. Staff at breakfast were polite and helpful. I still rated four stars for the very good location - Old Quarter. Minutes away from Beer Street, night market, shopping streets.

Clean hotel but can improve on the breakfast options.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was 100 % superb! Plenty of varieties to choose from. It’s also walkable to Moana Sapa and dinings. This hotel has a magnificent view of the panoramic mountain and clouds. And the most of all I like in my surprise? Staffs were surprised that my family and I handed them a tip! One of them even approached me and asked what was it for. 😂 I won’t hesitate to book there again.
