I had 3 nights here and for the price it's great. The staff are helpful if need anything. The room is clean and comfy. The free laundry wash and dry was very useful for me too. It's in a good location too. A good stay if in Xian!

This was the hardest "mattress" I've ever slept on. I think it was just a springboard with a pad on top because we could touch actual springs.

Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.
