Didn't eat there

Great location short walk to metro. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. Loved the bread and madeleines. Plenty of hot water. Kind and patient staff who speak English.

We arrived well before check-in, and the staff were happy to store our luggage securely for the day, which was much appreciated. We were also given a ground-floor room as previously requested. I was travelling with a smoker and found the smoking arrangements easy and straightforward—much more so than in Australia, and similar to what we experienced elsewhere in Europe. There was some confusion in the morning, as no one seemed able to confirm the cost of breakfast, so we chose to skip it and eat elsewhere. The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay, and the hotel’s location was very convenient—especially being so close to the Place d’Italie metro station.

Very helpful staff. Hotel well positioned for getting to the sights. Pleasant room and good value breakfasts. All in all a great trip.

Pleasant quiet stay

Evrything was oke

.

I really enjoyed the quietness of the area, helpfulness of the staff, and safety that I felt.

Great place if you visit Paris on a budget. Property is up to par but can do an effort in their breakfast options. Staff was very friendly and courteous
