There is nothing to like about this hotel other than location. The staff could not have cared less about the enjoyment of the guests. My wifi rarely worked and I had to argue with the ‘manager’ about it. My air conditioning was nonexistent and the staff member I told laughed about it and did nothing. Once the manager got a technician to look it was easily fixed but I had to request a solution several times. There was a man that sat in the hallway by the elevator all day long doing nothing but playing music and videos on his phone. Absolutely no explanation as to who he was or why he was there. Really a crappy hotel. Do not book it ever.

Friendly staff. I believe this propriety is over priced and should be a 4 stars at best. Rooms were not well cleaned and facilities has not much to offer except the location of the hotel.
I had to call house keeping few times to correct their short coming. At one occasion I called the night manager but did not act till I went to reception. Even then he did not come out to talk to me or explain he just send one of front staff to deal with me. Very bad attitude.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, as it's located about a 5 minute walk from the metro. There were several restaurants and cafés within a 5 minute walk which was convenient for a quick snack or drink. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our room (family room - 2 double beds) was the perfect size, and even had a small balcony. I will definitely be back if visiting Paris again.
