Amazing location! On the beach and walkable to SO many restaurants, but off to the side, more quiet and away from the craziness. The rooms were beautiful, cozy, and more than enough space! The pool area was gorgeous and peaceful.

Good location but the property really needs some upgrading and renovation. The room 308 smells moudy and the lift button very hard to press.
I can hear aircon or raindrops dripping the whole night.
We were first given room 508 and to our surprise the door lock is spoilt totally cannot lock at all and looks like someone has kicked it from outside.

This small property is directly across from the south end of Patong beach. It’s convent to walk to most of the most popular attractions in Patong. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Front desk clerk needs training
Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ?
Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key
Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in
Room key worked variably as well.
Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night
