满意 The hotel was under construction so there was a little chaos. Importantly only informed after booking

The property was amazing. It was the perfect location to explore Manhatten by foot. Everyone was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. It was the first time I had ever been in Manhatten and the property and staff really made it memorable. I will definitely book the property the next trip I make to Manhatten.

Check in was easy and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely room which was quiet even though we were near the elevator. Bathroom was clean and comfortable.
The coffee shop was excellent. Great drinks and pastries and friendly staff.
The central location meant getting around was easy too.

The hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful - including the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The rooms also were spacious and clean. The gym amenities were pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a couple that were less vibrant, but I assume that's just individual personality. Everyone was still very professional and helpful. The location is also very great.
