Place feels like a prison
Staff literally the most unhelpful bunch. 8 staff on counter taking 15 minutes to check each person in.
Gym noted is not included and you have to pay.
Same for pool.

We visited Guangzhou at the end of school holidays. Our kid finished homework before school started, so we booked this hotel as a treat.
The smart room is ideal for families. Voice control for lights and curtains, plus a 120-inch projector with iQIYI VIP. Bright, clean room with comfy beds, stable Wi-Fi and good soundproofing.
We witnessed locals helping a lost crying child, such a warm moment. Reception recommended authentic dim sum – har gow and steamed ribs were great, no tourist markup.
Minor points: remote hard to find, extra bathroom shelf would help. Water delivery was fast, 24hr staff gave useful tips. There is a lounge, pool and gym in the building.
One night stay only. Clean, smart facilities, helpful staff and convenient location. Great value for family short trips.
