The hotel was welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Check in staff were helpful and very knowledgeable and explained well where all the different pools and amenities were Pool bar staff You could not receive a better service fron these guys. The moment the bar opened they would come over to check if you would like a drink or food and that continued throughout the day The. Night staff Beer & Bo were always just as accommodating in the evening. The evening entertainer Stevie was a true legend with heart felt music being played. Hotel cleanliness was I a class of it own. Every pathway, chair, table, room, open space, pool, toilets etc were immaculately clean consistently throughout our stay Food Restaurants offered good choices of different cuisines and would accommodate any variation within reason Breakfast also offered a vast choice of food so there was no way you’d be hungry. Overall this was an excellent stay where the stands across the whole hotel exceeded my expectations by far and to compliment this, the food and drink were very reasonably priced too. This is a hero that I would not only recommend but will return as it was such an amazing stay.

What an amazing resort!! Our suite room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and the soaking tub was big enough for nearly 3 people. I loved opening up the patio door in the morning being greeted by bird sounds and the smell of the blooming flowers. We spent whole days at the two pools going from the beach to the pool over and over. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful and we always felt taken care of. My daughter didn’t try the kids club but it looked so fun! The tour company located at the hotel had such wonderful tours and great guides; kayaking in the mangroves was definitely a highlight! We will definitely come back to stay again. Such a wonderful island!!

very poor hospitality. dusit thani has lost its respect with the new laws they made . dont even give ice cubes . service was poor. bars are very low standards and poor quality of food

Beautiful property with private clean beach . Nice pools

The Dusit Thani was “okay”. It’s only saving grace honestly, was it’s lovely staff. The hotel is advertised as “luxury” but that is a very misleading label. The property is nice and expansive with good amenities, pools, and a yummy breakfast. However the rooms are very plain and the restaurants on property leave a lot to be desired. We had 4 nights booked and left after the first as the hotel did not meet our expectations and the online pictures definitely enhanced its condition. It is a nice property if you are looking for a fun family resort and don’t care much about room or facility conditions, but it is not a charming or romantic resort. The process of switching hotels actually improved our view of the Dusit Thani Krabi as they handled our complaints and requests very gracefully and kindly. Special thanks to Nassara and Katie for turning our experience into a pleasant one.

Beautiful hotel 100% super clean room 100% helpful friendly staff Breakfast is good and clean but need to keep the flies under control 😔

Incredibly friendly staff. Free afternoon tea (14:30-16:00) Free drinks & food at happy hour (17:30-19:00) 2 beautiful outdoor pools. Huge selection for breakfast.

Gorgeous property ..excellent location , room very clean , food delicious breakfast & dinner . All staff very polite and always smiling. Thank you dusit Thani , will definitely be my choice of hotel in the future !

Wonderful facility and staff

Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel experience, especially for the cost.
