The rooms are clean but to a basic standard and can be on the small side. One member of staff on reception was excellent the other two were pleasant the one man remained on his person calls throughout. Breakfast is very basic and not worth 15 euro I would recommend that you go out locally where there are plenty of local cafes to obtain lovely food and drink. The air conditioning in the rooms was very welcome as it was hot while there. The hotel does not offer any evening meals but again there are plenty of local places to eat. I would highly recommend the river boat cruise and evening meals.

Stayed 7 days. Last 4 days, the staff put us in the room with balcony. Clean and spacious room for 3. Front staff changes everyday and some do not speak English or pretty mean. Overall, it was a good stay and will come back here.

Forgot the gentle men’s name who worked when I arrived but lovely staff amazing

Ok

Nice room, great area, clean

God and central 3☆☆☆hotel. Friendly staff I will be back.

Clean room, friendly staff and convenient location with plenty of amenities around.

Very clean,cordial and helpful

Room was fine, shower good, staff friendly breakfast was a mess, coffee machine broken, tables cleared slowly and buffet not replenished well.lift is small.

AC was weak and broken. Breakfast area is small so you need to beat the rush of ppl or families to make sure you get any food or drinks. If you arrive late you are limited to pickings. Our room was in the middle of a bunch of families who let their kids run wild so it was so loud you weren’t sleeping if they were there. Window broken so heat was coming in when AC was down. But the staff was so amazing it’s hard to complain about the place when they tried their best to help us
