Thank you for everything

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t write a lot of hotel reviews, but this stay absolutely deserves one. After a long and exhausting flight, I arrived at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina completely drained. Kevin checked me in, immediately made me feel welcome, and surprised me with an upgrade to a beautiful two-bedroom suite. It was exactly what I needed after traveling, and that simple act of kindness set the tone for the rest of my stay. What impressed me most, though, was that Kevin wasn’t the exception—he was the standard. Every single person I met was warm, professional, genuinely friendly, and seemed to truly care about making guests feel at home. A special thank you to Jenny and the gentleman working alongside her at breakfast. They went out of their way every morning to make sure I was taken care of. Their kindness, attention to detail, and positive energy were the perfect way to start each day. The service at this property is honestly world-class. It’s rare to stay somewhere where every interaction leaves such a positive impression, but that’s exactly what happened here. I found myself looking forward to seeing the staff because everyone was so welcoming. I can’t stop singing their praises because this team is simply phenomenal. If you’re staying in Dubai Marina, do yourself a favor and book Barceló Residences. I’ll definitely be back, and I want to sincerely thank Kevin, Jenny, and the entire

The hotel location is amazing, apartments are great and well equipped and the staff super friendly and knowledgeable, special thanks to Theo for making hour stay just perfect.

Easy late night check in, excellent room service, large rooms, well equipped kitchen and extremely good house keeping/cleaning. I had a very enjoyable 2 week stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Dubai

Very well located! Staff very professional and kind. Very spacious suite and amazing view on the city!! Breakfast could have been better but it was okay. They don't have a buffet breakfast option. But overall, loved it!!

Our 2-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious and perfect for our family trip to Dubai. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Washing machine was useful - ideal for long stays. Continental breakfast bags were delivered to our apartment each morning - there is no restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a dip in the pool - it was in the shade though due to the skyscrapers in the Marina area.

The location was excellent although alot of building works being carried out around the area. The customer service was excellent , reception always welcoming and quick to resolve a leak from the ceiling in our room . The hotel was spotless and rooms were cleaned throughly each day

Our stay was great! Rooms were clean and kept clean every day! We have breakfast delivered to our room every day at designated times. Staff were very helpful and profesional. Specific thank you to Cecilia Topher and Perry! I would recommend Barcelo resident any time!

Wife and I went for a week and we loved this hotel, walking distance to La marina. There’s a lot to do there.. hotel is really clean, everyone is polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel. If we eve go back to Dubai we would definitely go back here.

All the staff at reception (valet, concierge and reception agents) were always very friendly and helpful. We met the cleaning g staff on one occasion and they were helpful and friendly also. The two bedroom suite we had was extremely spacious and very clean.
