Staff was friendly and helpful room service was excellent.

Ok this is a well located top notch four-star hotel close to many good Asian and Yemeni dining options. The pool is beautiful and in the shade, which is great in Dubai’s scorching summer. The staff is very kind and they upgraded my room. The air conditioning was at fool blast when I arrived, at 16 degrees, which is unfortunate since I could not find the control panel in the apartment room. After two hours at the gym, this resulted in a flu from which I am recovering now. The rooms are great but for one thing: the extent to which all furniture is made og design glass. Which made me extremely fearful of breaking something if I moved around the room. Couches were great.

Excellent Staff and cleaning members. Front office and concierge services were excellent.

Excellent staff. First rate accommodations.

Good place to stay

The front office can be more friendly. Stayed only hor one night. Could have allowed few hours rather than charging for whole dau. Food average might be you dont have many fAsian guests.

Ok

The receptionist asked me to check out of the hotel before my scheduled time, saying it was full. I told him I hadn't checked out before the scheduled time, and he was rude. The hotel is clean and in a good location, but the staff need training in dealing with guests.

Spacious, clean rooms in an excellent location

Rooms outdated and horrible, staff below par. Breakfast buffet is terrible. Got charged too much for the stay . I complained for the noise in the room then got moved to a room directly next to a mosque.
