The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was modern and clean. Just what you needed after a full day of sightseeing!

Boutique Hotel with great pool. Due to the heat, the hotel had 3 blackouts in one day, but were resolved quickly, rooms are not spacious but are lovely. Wonderful bathroom and tea service, as well as thoughtful amenities after you’ve been walking all day. Great staff

Great location and easy to navigate sites throughout Paris.

We spent a little more money staying in Paris, but this hotel was well worth it. The rooms were not exceptionally big like American hotel rooms, but it was nice for two people. The rooms are designed well, but we felt it was a little dark. The sink was shallow and kept backing up constantly. The hotel was conveniently located with mostly Asian restaurants nearby which was fine because they didn't always stick to the weird open and close times that most French restaurants do. When we were hungry, we could find place open other from 12-2pm and before 7pm when most restaurants are open for dinner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was worth the price. I felt safe there and it was close enough to walk to The Louvre and other attractions.

Our rooms were very clean but very very small. The “double” room had perhaps 5 square feet more than my single, but it was fine. Be aware that their queen bed is actually two very narrow, (2.6” x 75”), single beds pushed together. My queen bed was super comfortable, with lovely linens and a great selection of pillows. My daughter and granddaughter thought the pulled apart beds were too narrow. Also, ask for an upper floor because of street noise. The design and decor of the rooms was lovely, great toiletries and an excellent Nespresso machine with a few pods real milk supplied. We did not have the breakfast but it looked very good. You could buy chilled Champagne from the desk and they happily supplied you with a bucket of ice. The staff members I encountered were perfectly delightful. The air conditioning temperature of each room is controlled by the front desk. One person dropped the temp to 21C for me, but the next day the very brusque French manager refused. A couple of degrees makes a big difference on an 95 degree day! Amazon sells tiny, usb charged, folding neck/table fans that are very useful! We discovered Bistrot d'Edmond Opéra, just a few blocks away, on our way to the subway the first morning. It serves the best Croque Madam I’ve ever had, and remarkably good ribs. We returned there each day on our way back to the hotel for a drink and snack. This hotel was an excellent choice.

Hôtel bien situé mais très moyen pour un 4 étoiles, petit déjeuner très modeste et aucune isolation phonique, si vous n’êtes pas du côté de la cour, bon courage pour trouver le sommeil ! Pas de parking non plus, prévoir où stationner et à vos frais.

Always a great place to come back to in Paris- Lovely well cared for property, perfectly located and comfortable all around! Staff always willing to be helpful as well. Would book here again, this was my 3rd stay here in 2 years

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the location is great, but, if you want a quiet stay this is not the place, there is no sound proofing every time a bedroom door on the corridor is opened it sounds like it’s your door. Equally every time someone above you moves it’s like a herd of elephant’s stomping around. The windows to outside are also very thin and you can hear outside noise a lot. It’s also very hot and you have no control over the ‘AC’ which is centrally controlled and was set at 23degrees. Such a shame as the hotel and rooms was beautiful

Great boutique hotel close to the Louvre! The hotel in the Japan quarter with lots of trendy restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
