很好 Very clean and high end hotel with nice and handy amenities such as swimming pool and bathing. Buffets at the main floor are somewhat pricey. The area is slightly far from the main shopping areas. Great views from the room windows.

满意 Central location with great staff. Buffet and restaurant were better than expected. Draw back would be air conditioning in room. Very hot in city and air conditioning could not keep up. I called and they sent up a fan. Only there for two nights and it was hot entire time.

Everything was excellent. The bathroom was slightly dated but most functional and clean. Customer service can't be beaten I would strongly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. In particular I had a small issue and staff member Futaba Koyama smoothed things out and gave me a gift. Nagoya was not place I thought I would want to return, but the hotel and its staff make me miss it.
