The room was pretty beat up but clean. Great location, close to Eiffel and louvre and lots of food options.

The person on duty when I checked in, upon hearing that I was there for work, very kindly gave me a room facing the courtyard and away from street noise (fears of big World Cup noise the night before a big meeting). So I appreciated that! I booked this hotel because of proximity to my meeting, to the Metro, and they promised air conditioning during a heat wave. There was air con, but it really was an old unit and was hardly working. Place was clean and otherwise well appointed. Overall a good stay.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the air conditioning worked well.

This is not 3 star property worth 250 a night. Not even 1 star. Staff were nice and location is prime, but other than that, old rooms, broken AC, old coffee machines, rooms still have manual keys (in this day and age) and you cannot sit on the toilet without bumping into shower. Paris hotel rooms are generally small, but this one sets the bar to the lowest. You could get a Hilton 4-5 miles out at 50 dollars less, better deal. Don’t get catfished by reviews in Expedia - lots of paid reviews. Definitely not worth the stay.

We had requested family room thru Expedia for a family of 4. Instead of one room, we were given two rooms opposite of each other rather than adjacent rooms. Not sure if that is Expedia’s fault or property’s shadiness. The bathroom was very small and had no exhaust. Also, the shower had only one door and when asked the front desk his reply was that’s how it is in Paris. Checked the other room and asked the adjacent guest. Guess what? They all had two doors! We had free breakfast included but no vegetarian options. They didn’t even have basic food such as sliced bread or jelly or fruits. They had dry fruits like dates, etc. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the train station with two lines right across from the hotel. We got a room with an Eiffel Tower view and it was absolutely gorgeous at night. The beds were comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Really safe neighborhood with a street with many shops and restaurants right around the corner.

The location is great, what made me rate it low are the employees. The receptionists on May 15 2026 at 5am is condescending. The way he communicates with us is condescending when we we're trying to check out. It seemed like we woke him up from sleeping, all the lights we're off, his hair is messy and the demeanor is unprofessional. The room smelled like vinegar and pungent and ask if we can transfer room when we checked in, but the receptionist said no, nothing we can do. We can just leave the room and give money back. Again, location, great! Staff, bad.
