Sheets were dirty in the bed. Got moved to a different room. Rooms are small.

Fabulous location (delis and convenience markets) and very close to the subway connections. Courteous staff and a very good accommodation for older travelers, good elevators and accessibility.

Staff is awesome! Very welcoming and helpful.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Walkable distance to great breakfast spots. Recommend 10/10

The room could have been cleaner. There were definitely stains on the walls and furniture that could have been easily cleaned with a cleaning wipe. The overall property was clean, Parking was easy.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was exactly as expected. It was an extremely hot day outside, so walking into a room with ice-cold air conditioning was amazing and made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

An amazing wonderful experience.

Breakfast

I was disappointed with my stay. I booked an Executive Room, but at check-in I was given a standard room. It was only corrected after I pointed out their mistake. Then I had to wait about an hour for my room keys because they couldn’t prepare them. I didn’t receive my keys until later that night. Overall, the check-in process was poorly managed and not what I expected.

Convenient transportation, a safe community, easy packing, either pay for hotel parking or use free street parking, very hospitable front desk staff, and the cleaning team to keep the room clean every day. Love it.
