Beautiful hotel ,location perfect with many restaurants to choose from and coffee shop right next door,so loved the fact that after a day out we relaxed with a coffee seated outside next to hotel .a door in the hotel lead us through into the 8th floor shopping mall , a wow factor . The food selection was superb . A grand hotel all in all

I was upgraded to the best room due to unavailability of the room i booked which was great.

Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction.

Been here before. Like I have said then, and now, excellent location and hotel. Clean, big rooms and excellent staff. There can be no other. Try it, and you won't regret. Thank you once again Grandis.

The facilities and room accommodation were excellent

Based on my observations and comparing with some hotels that I stayed before, I shared with PIC at related areas of responsibility and most importantly they listed and noted those areas that I mentioned and recommended for improvement. This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. Overall, I am glad to stay there as very conveniently located together with Siri’s Shopping Mall, I did some shopping and dine there too. In fact the in-dining I ordered a roasted salmon was simply delicious 👌

Staff very helpful and hotel spotless. Well located. We had a really pleasant stay and would stay again
