Not too bad at all . one of the best things is AC ❤️❤️ Nice people ,good service and clean rooms Thanks everything

Reception insisted on a cash deposit as security. This was not stated at Expedia. Expedia should state this clearly if it is a legitimate requirement, else Expedia should look into this, and forbid it.

This is a fine place to lay your head for a night or two. We just needed to crash for a few hours in between flights. This served its purpose well. To a little while for the room to cool down with the ac until but it was fine.

Friendly staff. We needed a shuttle at a non-scheduled time and they arranged that for us. Very spacious room. Overall, the hotel is an excellent deal.

Come back

Room was clean and very nice. Location was great and staff very helpful.

The staff were helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was enough but not a lot of variety. Choose ‘Premium’ rooms when booking in this hotel to be on the renovated side of the building. If you choose ‘Deluxe’ rooms (a little cheaper) your room will be dark, with old furnitures and curtains. The bathtubs are too high for people with disabilities and there is no hot water in the shower. The hallways are dark and carpets are peeling off. The towels are too thin and are old. The toilet paper is too thin and they only give one roll which does not last a day. The location is 35-45 minutes drive to the center of Bangkok and 75 minutes during traffic. There is an airport shuttle which is convenient.

Hotel shuttle to airport free.

Very pleasant stay

Premium room was great. Breakfast was, as always, fantastic. Some staff quite noisy, unfortunately. Seemed to forget that guests were in the next room and banging things around at 6am or earlier. When reminded, they stopped. Otherwise, great location -close to food and drink options, and a short Grab ride to Robinson's Mall if you want dentist, hairdressing, shopping, more food, etc. Free shuttle to and from the airport is amazing too. Given the driving and bell hop staff don't get a lot, a tip of 20 or 40 Baht goes a very long way.
