As a return customer, I appreciate the friendly staff, and warm atmosphere. The place is super clean, comfortable bed, great AC, and the location is the best.

Clean small room , location is best , next door to Cowboy street across road from Terminal 21 mall and have MRT AND BTS CLOSE

The room was adequate for sleeping but was crazy small. It was very clean and the shower had good water pressure and was plenty hot. The view was so-so. The staff were friendly and spoke good english and were very helpful. The best thing about the hotel in general is its location. It is literally 20 yards away from the end of Soi Cowboy. It's also across the street from an amazing indoor mall, Terminal 21, the best shopping mall in Bangkok, by far.

A very convenient spot for public transport

Super close to mrt and bts station

Property was in great location but a budget hotel at a budget price. A few things in the room didnt work such as shower drainage, safe and TV has bad reception. No complaints for the money it cost

2 nights in deluxe room which was not exactly that. Lets be fair, the location is great in the centre of Bangkok for about £25 a night so have to be realistic. Sign to say they take no responsibility for lost valuables in your room and safe was broken. Had to ask for loo paper as cleaner didnt leave one. Shower flooded bathroom as drain must be blocked and toilet cistern ran 24hrs a day as it was faulty. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance and only some of staff speak English. You get what you pay for so overall it was ok, no breakfast available but plenty of options nearby. If you want a cheap place to stay in central bangkok and have realistic expectations based on the price then this is ok

Spacious room, clean and friendly staff.

not recommend this hotel, room is very small, poor layout, elevator issues, room smell like mold and shower wash goes into room. Eletronicity turned off three times during the next, resulted no ac.. fob access card was disabled 3 times.
