Room was mould infested. The staff offered change of rooms after a lengthy debate but the other rooms had mould as well.

Perfect location to stay, to explore the many delights that Tokyo has to offer. Right in the middle of Akasaka and its elegant and lively night life and perfectly placed close to the metro station.

Hotel con excelente ubicación, el staff es sumamente amable, muchos restaurantes cerca, el metro muy accesible.

Very nice hotel

Location great. Quick access to subway. Lots of options for food in the area. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious and nice big beds for a family of four with separate bedroom for parents and seating area for tv and small kitchenette. Rugs were in poor condition and sofas were tired. Easy fixes for the property I would say!

The staff were so nice and helpful. Property was in a great location and convenient to get to major sightseeing locations

Great location! Staffs was amazing!

Great hotel. Location is very convenient as there are 2 different metro stations nearby. Staff is incredibly friendly and polite.

Perfect for a cost effective family stay in the heart of Tokyo

Great room and staff. The rooms were well appointed, and the air conditioning worked well. We really appreciated the helpful staff and the free water each day. The hotel is also in a very central location for sight seeing in Tokyo. We were there in summer and used the umbrellas frequently. The only two issues we had were that the laundry machine dryer basically didn’t work (which they warned you about), and the shower lights turned on kind of lit up the main room due to the tempered glass.
