We had an amazing one-week stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless. Every area, from the lobby to our room, was impeccably clean and well maintained. Our room was surprisingly spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, with comfortable beds, plenty of room for our luggage, and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Shinjuku, which we really appreciated, while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the convenience. There are excellent restaurants within the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without going far. Just outside, you’ll find a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a pharmacy, making it incredibly convenient for snacks, drinks, travel essentials, or anything you may have forgotten. The Shinjuku subway station is also easily accessible, making it simple to get around Tokyo and visit all the city’s major attractions. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, outstanding service, and an excellent location. I engaged in the breakfast buffet every morning it was out of this world, Such a beautiful surrounding to have breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, one of the floor managers by the name of Fabio Auteri showed me what hospitality is all about. Very professional but yet so down to earth. Not many like him. He provided excellent service.

Everything are excellent here! The staffs are very nice and polite. Will be returning soon..

Very nice hotel in good location

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve during my travels. Accommodating staff, clean facilities, and an amazing breakfast that my family looked forward to each morning. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Excellent property and staff, very nice location

Hyatt regency Tokyo was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and they they even organized my stuff for me when they clean the room. I left money out everyday and it was sitting there when I would return as well so very trust worthy as well. The breakfast was good everyday. The only thing I didn’t do was get something from the bar but everything else was great!

Small rooms. Nice breakfast. Away from the activities.
