超赞 Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Only issue is the location-kinda far from the main Kyoto area-markets, etc but it’s doable.

超赞 We had such an amazing stay! We cannot say enough good things about the staff! They were professional and so kind. Each day they assisted us with a taxi and were able to communicate clearly on our behalf to the drivers about our destination. Happy Hour and the on site dining were very good as well.

We loved this spot. It's right by the imperial gardens, a subway and bus station and plenty of restaurants. It's also a 20 minute walk from a shipping district with more restaurants and things to see and do. The food on site is great too.
Our favorite however was the room, it was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean.
Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay in Kyoto! Right across the road to the Imperial Palace. Great food near by, and the cafe for breakfast was amazing. We loved it 😁

Best hotel in Kyoto! The location, staff, and rooms were amazing! They had so many amazing amenities and the staff was so helpful and personable. The breakfast buffet was a great addition and well worth it. We will be staying here next time we are in Kyoto!

I really enjoyed staying here, the rooms very very spacious and clean. The staff was always so nice and always greeted us with happiness, kindness and respect. It had everything we needed - not to mention the pjs :) we loved staying here it was very comfortable and easy to navigate to. I love the restaurant bar downstairs and the convenience store next door.

Comfy spacious rooms. Kind and attentive staff. Relaxed neighborhood with phenomenal restaurants. Well located right by a main subway line and just across the street from the national garden for morning strolls. Good value for the price point overall.
