We had an excellent dining experience at the hotel restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service from the restaurant manager, Abhi, and our server, Mark. Abhi was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Mark provided exceptional service—he was friendly, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The combination of outstanding hospitality and delicious food made our meal truly memorable. Thank you, Abhi and Mark, for going above and beyond. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to dining here again!

Perfect location between nature, the beach, and Patong I really enjoyed staying at Avista Hideaway. The location was one of the best parts of the hotel. It feels peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, but Patong Beach, restaurants, and nightlife are still nearby. I especially loved being able to hike from the hotel area toward Freedom Beach. During the day, I could enjoy a beautiful, quieter beach and nature, and at night I could easily go into Patong. Phuket was also a great base for island-hopping trips, so there was always something different to do. The location gave me the perfect balance: relaxing and secluded without feeling too far away from everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a 10/10. If you are looking for a true relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place to come. We enjoyed the tranquility. The hotel is truly an oasis. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive…top notch service. The room we stayed in was great. We loved that the hotel is away from the chaos but just a close car ride to all the site seeing places and beaches. When the opportunity presents itself we would definitely come back.

Wow this resort it’s too!! Amazing staff, beautiful views, very clean rooms and they clean it every day!

Amazing. Loved it

My stay at Avista Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making my experience so memorable. A special thank you to the incredibly professional, warm, and attentive staff who consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their hospitality, kindness, and genuine care created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I would also like to compliment the culinary team for the outstanding dining experience. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with excellence. The passion and dedication of the chefs and restaurant staff were evident in every dish. The service, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the effort every member of the Avista team put into making guests feel comfortable and valued. Thank you once again for such an unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

Everything was immaculate staff, restaurant and buffet breakfast. Will definitely come back.

El hotel está bello y tiene una excelente atención un desayuno completo y una excelente comida

Hotel is a little secluded but still close to the Patong area. Staffs made us feel welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel. The highlight of this hotel was the rooms, very huge and spacious, feels brand new. The pools were amazing, one of the best pools of any hotels I’ve ever stayed at and the water temperature is perfect. Breakfast was great amazing with great choice. Overall would recommend staying at this resort!

The property was very clean and maintained by the staff which was something I worried about when coming because pictures could be deceiving. But it was fresh and clean when I came to when I left, then service was amazing too so I didn’t have to worry about anything while I was staying here. I definitely will be coming back to this country and this resort specifically.
