This hotel was convenient for transfer back-and-forth to Disneyland Paris. The rooms were very cool and air-conditioned as it was very hot upon our arrival to Paris, which was very nice. I had an issue with the first room that I booked and they quickly were able to accommodate my request and switch rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hallways and carpets throughout however needed some cleaning. We had an issue with our shower and I called several times and it was never addressed. Overall, our day was OK. I would probably check out another hotel next time.

Great stay, staff very helpful, regular shuttle bus to Disneyland and clean outdoor pool with plenty of sun beds available

Fantastic hotel with pool. Fantastic weather. Staff were amazing. Food was amazing. Highly recommend for families visiting Disney land Paris Hotel had its own shuttle bus which was amazing Would go back tomorrow.

Well kept room, great service ! Near Disneyland Paris with convenient shuttles in the morning and late afternoon to the parks. Recommend for families !

The shuttle to Disney was very good & went across the day, staff were really helpful & snacks bars stayed open till late, you could also have takeaway food as well.

The hotel was great, well located for Disney, shuttle bus was really good and staff very helpful. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Friendly staff, quiet environment, and comfortable beds, but the property is outdated and needs renovations. The hallways lack air circulation and have dirty carpets, and the spacious rooms require more thorough cleaning.

We stayed for two nights while going to Disney and it was great! Close enough to Disney and free shuttle. The pool was great, only down side was it closed at 8:( Would recommend. Baguettes and drinks at the bar tasty and excellent service the whole time by Romuald!!

We had a great day in the four bedroom villa. I would highly recommend for families, each had our own bathroom.

This Aparthotel is stunning! The setting by the Lake is beautiful and I took nature walks around the hotel. The Outdoor Pool was perfect in the heatwave. The location is fabulous so close to Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle. You get a kitchen in your room and the nearest Supermarket Carrefour is a ten minute Walk away. I made. A vlog of everything in this Hotel to put on my You Tube Channel “Fairy Godmother”. I recommend it for trips to Disneyland Paris especially if you have an Annual Pass there like me.
