Amazing, quiet and safe hotel! This is my second year staying here! Great locations, sweet staff and security and perfect and affordable hotel! The reception girls are also soo so sweet! Thank you! :)

This hotel needs a lot of work. I had booked four nights but canceled after the first night as the lighting in the room was extremely poor to the point where I couldn’t see the items in my suitcase. The hotel staff brought me a desk lamp to try to rectify the situation but that was to no avail. The lighting was a strain on my eyes and I couldn’t spend my time being miserable so I canceled and went to another hotel. The hotel said that they would not refund my payment for the unused portion of my booking so be aware when booking because the images online does not necessarily match reality and you can lose out because of this. There was also a lot of banging noise in the wee hours of the night as if they were doing work on the building. The hotel is off the beaten path and it is difficult for some vehicles to get to it.

Perfect location and close to everything! The staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They provided accurate information throughout our stay and even personally walked me to one of the best spas in the area to help me book several treatments. The hotel has a modern look and feel, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus in Thailand's heat. We loved the private second sleeping area, which provided extra space and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Fresh towels and coffee were provided daily, and there were plenty of restaurants and a laundry service within a two-minute walk from the hotel, making our stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of the excellent location, outstanding staff, comfortable accommodations, and nearby amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely choose this location again on my next trip to Thailand.

Great stay; lovely staff. Liked the concrete aesthetic and enjoyed the pool.
