Nice hotel if you are overnighting at BKK and have an early morning flight. Staff very helpful and the rooms are big and beds comfortable. Will def stay here again if I have a long layover at BKK

The property was so comfortingly communicative in advance of our arrival, helping us understand how to find their free airport shuttle after all our long flights- this made us feel safe and welcome. We were also able to use the shuttle to get to and from the property when we went into downtown for the day. The front desk staff were helpful, and the person who works at their activity desk was very kind and knowledgeable.

Not a 5 star hotel, not even close. The gym and pool are very small. The most frustrating part of my experience was the shuttle bus. Due to a misunderstanding I missed the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. In the end I had to book a taxi. If you are in need of a transit hotel I suggest you choose one that is actually at the airport. This place also has very limited dining options a walkable distance away. Basically this hotel is 3 star and if it advertised itself as such it would not lead to disappointment.
