Apartment was nice , but the air conditioner really would NOT cool down the living room and kitchen area . Also the elevators on the side of the apartment was not working for 2days out of the 3 that we stood there. Lucky there’s a way to catch the elevator from the other side. Also there Laundry washing machine’s would take the money and NOT work , same for the dryer. After speaking to someone at the front desk , which was a young gentleman man, whom I spoke to was very helpful . Came and looked at the machine and provided a solution.

Good neighborhood with easy links to metro. The property was listed as a 4* hotel, but it is more like a short-term rental. There is no room cleaning or towel changing, unless you pay a fee. The kitchenette is a nice feature, but as a guest, you are responsible for it, including taking out the garbage. There was only one functioning lift, which meant long delays to come up or go down. There is a baggage room with exorbitant fees, and so many guests end up waiting until 3pm in the very small lobby with all their belongings. The air condotioning was very noisy, and not very strong, but still an important asset during the heatwave. The pool was small but welcome, especially during the long heatwave. However, it was sometimes closed, without any warning or excuses. The service at the front desk was very variable. Some people were very helpful, others were very unpleasant and obtuse. Overall, it was an okay stay, without major issues, but not a 4* hotel stay.

My wife and I have been to Paris many times. This is the second time we stayed in an apartment setting. We loved the experience at Adagio, especially the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, which matched the advertisement exactly. Check in was smooth, the accommodations were clean and we had a glorious time. We plan to return next year.

Room was nice and had a great view of Eiffel Tower which was a 15 min walk away. Only issue was plumbing, no hot water the first day, and was told plumber was not available until the next day, which was fixed as promised, and the toilet overflowed a couple of times and had to wait for a plunger to be brought up.

The room is excellent. Complete with kitchenette. Clean comfortable.

Great location! Toilet facilities in the apartment could do with a refresh. Lifts were a pain. Not all functioning. 1 or 2 working and always a wait. Otherwise a good place for a short family stay.

The room was filthy and musty. The toilet drain was clogged. The elevators weren't working. Staff were quite rude. Pictures and ads were misleading! Avoid this hotel at all cost.
