This was an amazing hotel. I must consider. The staff is just incredible, kind and accommodating. They’re willing to help with anything you need. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful experience.

This was a wonderful stay. The place was clean, the food and drinks were great, and the staff was so helpful and always available. I enjoyed seeing the temple, and multiple tourist attractions which are conveniently close to the hotels. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are exceptionally incredible. They went above and beyond every day. The location is the best and you can walk to the old market and pub Street. Their breakfast and bar as well as the Kroyo restaurant were amazing!!

Five star experience all the way. The hotel itself is lovely, artistic and so well appointed. Our villa was truly deluxe with indoor and outdoor spaces, a private pool, all so comfortable and clean. Breakfast had both eastern and western options and we tried fruits we’d never seen before. Can’t say enough about our butler, Van, who was so attentive but not hovering. He assisted in making plans for our outings and gave us excellent advice when it came to seeing Angkor, attending the circus and taking a trip to Tonlé Sap.

Magazine-perfect boutique hotel with exceptional service. Every staff member greets you with a sincere bow and genuine warmth. The Asian tasting menu and authentic Khmer breakfasts (Kuy Teav, Num Banh Chok) were outstanding. They surprised us on our 27th anniversary with a handwritten, hand-illustrated card — pure magic. Huge thanks to Anna, our wonderful butler, and the entire team. Sad to leave. Highly recommend. The experience was spectacular and outstanding. If I had to choose a But…. This would be: The only recommendation I have is that the gym needs an upgrade. One day we were 6 people and it felt like a sardine tin.

Great place to stay away from the busy area. Staff were excellent. Surprised with free upgrade which was a very nice gesture. Only sad because we stayed here on our last day in Siem reap wish we could stay longer See you next year for sure

Wonderful staff! I asked where I could buy a needle & thread to repair my backpack & they had one of their staff machine-stitch it for free. Done in 30 minutes. Looked new. Just an example of how nice they all are. The hotel is conveniently located. A short walk to Pub Street. A block from the Siem Reap River. Has all the amenities. Two pools, bar, restaurants, spa, etc. Nice breakfast. They upgraded my room for free. Very spacious with cool air conditioning. I think it’s one of the finest hotels.
