There was bird poop all over my balcony. The view was not of the Burj as advertised but actually another building and kids pool. When I asked to cancel after holding the reservation only about 3 hours they refused and kept the money, even though Expedia was advocating for me. Basically thievery. Never stay at this hotel there are so many better options around.

The accommodation was not good. I raised the issue with the reception regarding problems related to the cleanliness of the room, and they promised to resolve the problem and offer compensation with another booking next time along with a room upgrade, but nothing has happened until now.
