My family and I ended up staying here after we missed our flight home and needed to find a hotel for three people at the last minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout while we waited for the airport shuttle. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Montmartre, just a short walk from the Moulin Rouge, the metro, and many great restaurants. One evening I walked around at 11:00 p.m. and came across an outdoor concert on the hill. Even though it was 87°F, the neighborhood was full of people enjoying the evening. It is such an iconic part of Paris. We stayed in the accessible room on the ground floor, which had two twin beds and a rollaway bed. The room included a kettle with tea, but no coffee. I had searched for air conditioning when booking and didn't realize this room only had a fan. During our stay that was a bit challenging because of the heatwave. The accessible bathroom has an open shower without a curtain or door, so water gets on the floor, and the angled mirror is designed for wheelchair users. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet on our last morning. At €14, it offered plenty of choices and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, this was a comfortable stay in a wonderful neighborhood with helpful staff, and I would recommend it, especially for anyone wanting to experience Montmartre.

The location and staff were great. The lack of AC in the room was challenging. I think this hotel is a great option if its 70 degrees or below but we went when it was in the 90s and it was pretty miserable. This isn't necessarily the hotel's fault as most of Paris doesn't have AC...just something to consider when traveling to Paris in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is close to the Sacre Coeur, excellent restaurants, boulangeries and cafes. The street can be a bit busy with people at night (there is a bar on the corner). Because of the heat, we had the window open but I used ear plugs and it didn't bother me. With the window closed, it is probably fine. There was a fan in the room, which was much appreciated. There is an elevator too. We had a room with two twins pushed together and a private bath. Soap, shampoo and body lotion were provided. It is a a good deal for a hotel in the heart of Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my second time at Bonsejour and I was hoping to get the same room as previously. We didn’t realize that we had to share the bathroom with another room. It would have been great to have that information beforehand. It’s an inconvenience to walk out of the room with all towels and toiletries and walk the hallway without slippers. Also the lift didn’t work when we checked out. Staff was friendly and the location is great.

Everything was just as expected. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and well-located, with a friendly staff.

In a great area of Paris. Shopping and food fabulous. The hotel does not have air conditioning which makes it difficult to sleep. The windows must stay open which means the traffic in the early morning hours is very noisy. We had to ask for towels and soap. Very basic.

Great stay in Paris, central to tourist attractions, but real Paris living. Amazing restaurants steps away. Very helpful and kind staff. Truly enjoyed!
