Very Convenient and lots of massage and eatery. The next door restaurant food was very good and cheap .

The staff is very friendly, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant where I had breakfast every morning. Over all it was okay, the only issue was outside - a bit busy and sketchy. Close to everything, walking distance to pratunam, december mall or also possible to central World & big C Mall.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Located in the Pratunam area of Bangkok, the hotel is an 8 minute walk from the Ratchaprarop Station on the Airport Rail Link line from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Cost is only 40 Baht, as compared to 400-500 Baht by taxi.

Clean hotel, great location. I didn't use the pool or the restaurant as I was there less than 1 day. Bed was phenomenal! First soft bed I've slept in in over a week. Negative was making me wait until exactly 2PM to check in even though the room was ready much earlier. Other negative was the curtain gap between the curtains and the wall. Huge gaps that completely negated the blackout. I had to buy a roll of tape and tape the curtains to the wall so that the sun wouldn't shine in my eyes.

Great Stay

A clean, comfortable, welcoming place to stay in the perfect location to catch trains to/from the main airport and the A3 bus to/from the Don Mueang airport for domestic flights. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable rooms and really helpful staff who kindly stored some of our bulkier UK cold weather clothing for a week while we travelled south. We stayed there when we were first in Bangkok and came back there for our last night before going home as it was so convenient for what we needed and welcoming. There’s rooftop bars, restaurants, markets, modern shopping centres and street food nearby - and the Baiyoke Tower is really close too. We recommend the trip up there, with its 84th floor revolving viewing platform - with a cocktail in the bar included!

Nice room, staff good

Great room at a fair price- nice staff n the building is tidy, strong AC, and feels secure. Pretty good location. Lots of 7-11 and laundry services around. Close to lots of shopping/food- Pratunam night market and a few big malls that also have outdoor shopping. Close to the train and the boat to access the city. High traffics area though so need to plan for extra time to go sight seeing.
