This was our second stay at Sunprime and this time with family. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The location can’t be beaten. Right in the beach. Many restaurants within an easy walk. The main village just around the corner and the night markets close by too. The perfect location for a slower paced holiday. We’ll be back!

The room was clean and the taxi service was amazing. All around a wonderful experience and reasonably priced for everything. The only problem we had was the room service despite being 24 hours was extremely rude. They were rude and it was midnight when we ordered, which is understandable but again it was a 24 hour service and better to be at midnight than 2 in the morning. Outside of that issue everything was great.

Charming polite and helpful staff although I feel that in the restaurant, they rush you to order food when it's a bit later, so it was difficult to enjoy and relax. On the other hand room staff were quick to fix stuff which was pleasing. Room was clean but on the surface, sink in the bathroom was not as clean as you would expect. We found the doona cover had mildew and holes, but staff were quick to change. Found a cockroach in my cupboard. Again the cleaning staff were asked to deep clean but did not happen till I told the manager. On a positive note the environment is absolutely gorgeous particularly the gardens. Orchids were my favorite. Was quiet what I needed and peaceful. Close to some good restaurants and other shops and businesses. I think they need to up their game with food in the restaurant. If I had to go back, I would and hopefully this review will help them to improve because it is a gorgeous place for a relaxed holiday

I was a solo traveler. I liked being close to the little town I could walk to and enjoy food and drink and pick up what I needed from 7/11. The beach in front of it is public. I wish they would have chairs in front. Not far though you could rent them. Food was good at their restaurants. Overalll great stay in a spacious room.

What a great place would recommend to everyone right on the beach the staff are great we just had the best stay just loved it .Lee at the front pool bar was fabulous .Great place central to everything

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The customer service was excellent, the location was outstanding, and the housekeeping team did a great job. One of the best features of this hotel is its location—you can literally walk straight from the property to the beach. I was initially planning to give the hotel 4 stars, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, along with the unbeatable location, convinced me to give it 5 stars. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, the hotel should provide washcloths (small towels) for guests to use when washing. Second, there was a noticeable musty/mold-like odor in certain areas, especially in the elevator. Other than those minor issues, everything was great, and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything good except for maybe breakfast could run a little better(slightly chaotic once restaurant by the pool closed for winter) and maybe a slightly better outside bar and smoking area

I really enjoyed the ambiance and the delicious food. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends.

Good hotel near the beach. Bigger than we are used to. Liked the adults only and good pools. Service at the swim up bar could have been better. Really nothing to complain about
