Very good value. Quite an impressive property for the price. Large clean, comfortable and modern room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Gym and fitness facility was decent. Pool and common areas were well-kept. Staff nice and willing to help with requests. A couple of minor suggestions I would make is for a 2-week long stay, I would have expected the sheets and bedding to be changed mid-way through or at least an offer to be made. As I was just one person, I switched sides of the bed so it was okay, but always nice to have fresh sheets weekly. I'd also suggest checking the shower gel, soaps, moisturisers, etc as these may need to be replenished for a stay of that length. I'd suggest you make the kitchen area more well-lit and perhaps play some music to attract guests in. Unless you really pay attention, it's not clear whether it's open or closed, which is a shame because the food was tasty and good value.

Vi bodde på nai harn i januari 2026 och är så nöjda! Rummet var stort och rymligt, otroligt fräscht och vi fick städat varje dag. Vi fick även påfyllt med vatten på rummet vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Lokation på hotellet är bra, det är nära naiharn beach och Rawai beach. Det finns gott om matbutiker och restauranger i närheten. Det är super smidigt att ta sig runt med moppe. Det är lungt område utan massa fester och högljudda turister. Mycket bra service, trevlig poolområde och fint hotell! Rekommenderar starkt!

Man wird empfangen wie in einer Jugendherberge. Es waren 2 Damen an der Reception. Es werden 2000Thb als Kaution verlangt, wenn im Zimmer was beschädigt wird. Dann wird aufgezeigt was man alles nicht darf. Ansonsten gibt's Strafe! Das Zimmer ist eigentlich schön müffelte aber. Ganz schlimm finde ich die gebrauchten Badeschlappen im Zimmer. Soll man die wirklich benutzen? Das Bett und die Bettdecke waren nicht besonders angenehm. Sieht man genauer hin, ist die Sauberkeit nicht so gut. Die Polster am Balkon und auf den Stühlen haben Flecken. Das Geländer ist auch nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Noch1-2Jahre dann ist das Hotel leider heruntergekommen, wenn sich nichts ändert. Die Rooftop Bar ist geschlossen. Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich. Es wirkte gleichgültig und gelangweilt.

The hotel is well positioned for the beach and restaurants. Although the pool is lovely there is too much grass and not enough sun beds and the restaurant is a little souless. A lot could be done to encourage people to have a pre dinner drink etc. didn’t go to the rooftop bar as on my last stay it wasn’t open . There is a nice wine bar next door which must be taking business away from the hotel

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο με ωραία πισίνα. Χρειάζεται όμως συντήρηση καθώς οι τοίχοι ξεφτιζουν και ο κήπος θέλει φροντίδα

Free breakfast not very good, Pool is awful. Poor access and limited pool loungers, Rooms sparsely furnished. flakey WiFi, walk from room to Entrance is dangerous in beach sandels. Close to Nai Harn beach which is extremely crowded when we were there. We Checked out early as we did not like the experience.

Spacious quiet, clean room with basic but functional fit out. Staff friendly and always ready to assist. Both a large spa pool and standard swimming pool Really good local restaurants within easy walking distance, good beach also within easy walking distance.
