No AC in room, extremely hot and hard to sleep. Shower drain not cleaned and caused water to pool on the floor. Shower also looked to not be cleaned in months.

Room was incredibly hot. I stayed for 4 nights and house keeping did not attend once. I had to request a few times for fresh towels due to having to shower more often due to heat but regardless new towels should have been provided if not daily at least every second day. Bathroom was not the cleanest with hairs found in shower and on floor. Rugs at bedside also not clean.

Excellent little gem for families of business people on a quiet street and modern amenities. No frills high comfort setting

This hotel is the bottom of the budget barrel. It’s not their fault that Paris was having a record heatwave the night we stayed there, but trying to sleep in a 90-degree room with just an electric fan and stuck with a window that won’t shut made for a miserable stay. Towels are the cheapest things I’ve ever seen. People at the front desk seemed like they couldn’t really care less.

Very convenient and safe location with lots of restaurants and grocery wi to him walking distance to train stations and bus stops.

Nice welcome at check-in, quick as pre-paid so nothing to do except give ID. Location ideal, especially for using the viaduct to walk between areas, especially to Bastille. Evening staff a little more less helpful, but maybe that was the difficulty between languages, staff member was a little abrupt. Plenty of hot water. Negative part was the wet room/bathroom. Nice design, unfortunately the shower door did not stop any of the water getting out onto the bathroom floor. Which means the room floods unless you use the bath mat pulled right up to the outside of the door to stop water flowing. I guess the floor area in the cubicle could do with being slightly angled to stop this, or a better fitting door. However, we realized that this is what causes the smell in the hotel room. The water runs under the bathroom vanity so not getting dry so remains damp/musty. It would also be useful to have a mirror above the desk area for hair/make-up as not enough space in bathroom as sink in alcove and only one person can get to the mirror.
