Front desk was very helpful & accommodating. Although hotel was not close to station or eateries. We had to catch the cab to most areas but hotel has 3 restaurants.

No air conditioning, feels warm even during winter season. Windows cannot be opened. The room and furniture needs refurbishing. Location 15mins walk from Kumamoto station.

Room cleanliness was good. However, the hotel has switched from aircon to warmer mode too early. As the winter was delayed, the enclosed room was warm even by just turning on the fan. Despite feedback to the hotel, the only solution they had was providing cooler fan that didn't solve the problem. Such act demonstrates the lack of sensitivity to the needs of the customers.

The place was clean and well kept. However, the hotel was too early to switch to heater mode from aircon despite the late arrival of winter. As a result, my family had to endure the comfort of the warmth in the enclosed room without the cool of aircon. We were dismayed by the hotel's decision of not switching back to the aircon inspite of the feedback. Instead the hotel chose to provide us with air cooler which is a show of lack in hotel's service quality.

It was by far the best breakfast setup I have had in a long time. Great, accommodating staff and close to the station.

The hotel was easy to get by limousine bus and nice hotel lobby area. Hotel staff was very helpful and free umbrellas when rainy outside. Good hotel.

It is a 6 minutes walk to the central area of the city. However, it is very close and the location is great. Great hotel and great staff also.
