Had a great stay! The rooms and amenities were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. While the room and luggage space felt a bit tight, it was completely reasonable given the absolutely excellent location. Perfect for travelers who plan to be out exploring!

Muy buen lugar! Las chicas con las que compartí fueron muy silenciosas y las facilidades estaban limpias. Buen espacio para guardar mis objetos personales.

Checked in and the bed was still a mess from the previous person, some staff were helpful however a few seemed quite rude

一般 Two major thumbs down. Staff (especially night staff) need immediate Customer Service and hotel management remedial training … as their actions breach all conventional worldwide standards (including potential libel issues). Thankfully moved to the Central House Barcelona Gracias for three additional and wonderful nights which completely salvaged the Barcelona leg of my Iberian peninsula trip (let alone much much better location and facilities at the SAME rate).

They definitely do not clean the restrooms and showers, the floors were disgusting.
Everything else was okay. More clealiness please.
